We provide hygiene items in our machines in the lounge. Additional room cleaning can be booked upon request; our team at reception is available to provide further information.

Please note: The entire booking has to be paid in advance. Our check-in is completely online and in addition to open the hostel doors a smartphone is required. Rooms are cleaned and linen is changed weekly. For bookings of more than 7 days, we reserve the right to enter the room once a week for cleaning. Neither televisions nor toiletries are available in our rooms.
People with mobility impairments or wheelchair users are requested to check in during reception hours. The team will provide them with an additional lock card, as the night access is not barrier-free and the lift is only accessible via the staircase.
